Wow! that's great, I hate the timeout options!

Two things:
1) I don't think that helps the OP, he's talking about the ambient lighting sensor. I think a little sticker would look better than tape over the light sensor.
2) Could you expound a little for the newbs? Where is the startup file? Do you need an editor or will 'notepad' work? I'll add it to wiki if I can figure it out.
Also, he might be able to find it if he looks around in the startup file.
