I'd have to say that your example leaves way too much room for people to nitpick. For instance... you've opened up Dolphin HD. You can visit YouTube and play movies without incident.

Then you open up one YouTube app. It'll play the YouTube videos just as the browser would. Then you open up yet another YouTube app because the first one wasn't good enough?

That's not multi-tasking effectively.

Multi tasking score equals 4 or 5 on a scale from one to ten

I think you're being generous.
