Haha, thanks. Seriously though: if Nokia had done some things differently during the last ~8 years they just wouldn't be in this mess (hindsight, after all, is the sharpest lens). Yeah, shoulda woulda coulda.

Your point doesn't stand up too well unless we pretend that relatively cheap skilled Asian labour is a brand new phenomenon which has forced Nokia to re-evaluate everything. Which it isn't.
