Brazil is shafted by the Brazilians...

We have some ridiculously high import taxes, service taxes and industrialized products taxes. On top of that, we have the greediest capitalists and the stupidest consumers in the world.

Final result: we always pay exorbitant prices for everything industrialized, even for things that are manufactured in Brazil, like cars, digital cameras and... iPhone 4's, just to give a few examples.

EDIT: By the way, Nokia is probably the top brand in Brazil when it comes to cell phones, even though Apple and Samsung (with the SGS2) have been gaining lots of market share recently.
