Big Thanks to Estel as I've found the solution on another thread from his/her post(I've thanked you in that post!)

Basically in my desktop file I had

Icon=topx

Which I've changed to

Icon=/usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/hildon/topx.png

All now working
