well, i spoke to nokia today and they said that they have 2 n900's left. and that the supervisor needed to okay it. Yippeee
Get a call back and mysteriously the 2 n900's are no longer available and my phone needs to be sent to them as a priority repair.
So at least another week with no phone then. This is becoming a joke.
I explained that a reflash of rootfs and emmc wont work and that it needed to be tested before just sending back. so lets see what happens, i have 'Sarahs' assurance. I honestly had hopes for good customer service for a minute... but was let down as usual!
*EDIT* after another phone conversation, i have another n900 making its way to me in the next few days for a straight swap. Now thats better customer service.
