QSpot version 0.9.9-3 is now available from extras-devel, and the project garage page. This is the first version based upon the official libspotify API, and it should now be possible to add offline support soon in a forthcoming version.. This version already caches metadata such as playlists, and also tracks that have been listened to (which means that in case you listen to the same track again, no data transfer will be necessary). Changelog: * Moved to the official libspotify API (version 9). * Added support for seek within track (by pressing progress indicator). * Added Log Out function to main menu (logs out the current user, removes possible stored credentials and closes the application). * Change of preferred bitrate does not require restart of QSpot anymore. * Updated the About dialog (powered by Spotify(R)core logo added).
