Do I want it? Hell yes.

It has a forward facing camera. What's the problem?

This rant isn't directed towards you; however different people have different uses and expectations when using these fully featured phones. Forward facing camera - it bothered me that only aMSN used it on my N810 and never really Skype, not to the point where I found it useful. Gizmo Project used it (I think) somewhat, but even that was horrible.

So yeah. I see a forward facing camera and I actually have friends that I'd like to see that are in places I've been and I'd like to see their faces whilst talking or while I'm traveling - hell yes. Why shouldn't I? Because you don't use: MMS, video calling, sharing Twitter pictures, copying and pasting and shortening URL's - then why would you limit me? Because you don't like it?

Fine. I don't like porn. Does that mean you shouldn't be able to view porn on your new, almost water-proof N9 due to the seamless screen to body? Under those that say "I don't use it, it's not important" types, then perhaps I should push my views onto you as much as that types have been trying. Makes no sense. Just because you don't use it, doesn't mean I shouldn't either.

I don't need any more editors than nano. Why do I need pico, vi, or others? Why should I bend over backwards because you mother****ers want 10 different editors that essentially do the same thing? Does terminal make better phone calls? Does it make you more socially adept? Does it do anything for you than add to your D&D cred? Do 20-side dice make you world go round and round?

Not mine.

And until folks stop trying to dictating to other folks what they should and should not do, and start making newer user experiences that everybody gains from and not a few dungeons and dragons or minecraft minions that think that's it cool to have some ugly buttons that break each and every UI convention on that platform because it looks cool... meh. Stop dictating. Start innovating.
