Yes, you can find IMAP code in the QMF. As far as I know we are at least had a bug about this "Inbox" issue, so I think it's should be fixed. Just wait for an update

Provisioning is useful if your exchange account might have some confidential information that you don't want to show to anybody (for example if you lost your phone that might be useful ). However, this provisioning settings depends on the server security settings. It might ask you to set a "device lock" password (otherwise your account will not work) or you may be able to wipe your device from your PC and so on. So, non-provisionable device means that this feature is disabled for this account
NOTE: not all servers will accept it, it depends on the server settings.
