I don't think that they will eventually have the Swipe interface as such in Windows Phone. Maybe ideas of it, but not the whole thing.

With the Meltemi stuff (next billion) however, it is said to have Qt + Swipe on Nokia's low-end phones in the future. This is the reason why I stopped seeing the N9 as the last MeeGo phone, but see it as the first "next billion" phone, and I am propagating it this way to people now.
