I recently dropped my N900. The battery fell out. When I restart the phone, it still has that short vibrate and the circular light. However, the screen is black.

I ordered the LED screen and Digitizer touchscreen from ebay and tried to replace it myself (because my warranty expired). Now I am able to see the screen again but still no response from the touchscreen.

Does anyone know what other problems could cause the death of the touchscreen? Is there a way to enter the login password without using the touchscreen?
