It's a lot better than the command line, but it's still a bit complicated compared to the Windows wizard.

With the wizard, you just follow some very simple on-screen instructions (connect the tablet with the cable, press button X etc), you don't even have to know what firmware is. The Wizard's only requirement is a basic understanding of english.

770Flasher requires you to get the image you want to install yourself. It's relatively unclear where or how you do this. I know what the link is, but how is anyone non-technical supposed to find out?
i'm as non-techie (i.e linux) as you get and i found the method in post #2 works really well ... took me a few minutes ...my main problem was that i was so interested in seeing what os2008 looked like that i er ...forgot to plug in the cable ...that set me back for at least 3 tries .... nothing seemed to be working ?? hmm ...once i plugged the cable in it worked like hot damn ... there are lots of places to get the image now
