Sometime I need a window to run constantly in the background and I want it to hide so I won't accidentally close it while switching windows in the dashboard (or for whatever purposes). So can we write an app that can hide/show windows? I think it's achievable. Actually the media player has a similar feature. If you are playing music with the media player and then select "end current task" (via power button entry), the player window will be close but the music will keep playing.
