Does that mean they already shipped it? How did you get a tracking number, have you asked clickok for it by mail ?
Word by word it means: "Sent from stock", it means sent from distribitor. Sometimes the package goes directly from distribitor to customer but foreign orders probably goes by clickok before they are forwarded.
