OK, reading yet again...(Not thinking straight, this morning)

You need a fresh download of the bin file, where it would be beneficial to first check that the MD5 sum of the downloaded file corresponds to what is expected for the specific bin file.

There are other posts in the forum that will explain how to do this, an extract from another thread suggests that the following MD5's are correct for the different OS 2008 bin files.

89e0661318f60420c691f4e1dd0c6ba3 for RX-34_2008SE_2.2007.50-2_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin
25292105f0769680828ea2ccd36d6807 for RX-44_2008SE_2.2007.50-2_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin
