Very impressive, texrat.... Since you dropped the N810 images on my webserver, I saw over 80 hits nearly immediately and had
over 7GB transferred
by the end of the day.
Lathe of Dreams
is a Redhat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 server hosted by Bluehost.com off several OC-3, and limits me to 300GB/mo transfer. If Nokia image downloads come close to that limit, I might move it to one of my other servers. Unlike Windows IIS servers, Apache/Tomcat under RHEL is very case-dependant, as you noticed.
Several other sub-domains are hosted off that same server, so I'll need to monitor.
KenForemansHouse.com
is a static IP on Verizon FiOS (symmetric 30Mbps down/30Mbps up) routed to a SunBlade 1000 running Solaris 10. I may open up http (80, 8080, 443) on several servers (Dell PowerEdge, Apple PowerMac G5, SunBlade) if we need more capacity.
I have servers off T-3 and OC-3 in northern Virginia as well, but I'd get in trouble if I touch their capacity.
If I saw over 7GB in an afternoon, I can only imagine how badly pounded tablets-dev.nokia.com was?

. Reason: Meant *N810*, not *N800* ...edited for clarity
