Yeah I thought about accidentally, but since proximity sensor disables the screen while in your pocket its no biggie. Also, with customizable swipes doing rejecting, answering, unlocking and silencing its not that easy to accidentally answer. Perhaps set the Answer to swipe from left if you normally unlock with swipe to right to prevent getting a call RIGHT when youre about to unlock your device, for instance .
