I have exactly the same issue. N9 sales version, got it yesterday. Exchange 2010 server. MfE syncronization works perfectly with my N900. I've now done the same "tricks" to the N9 and am having no success getting it to work. What's been done: I have imported&installed two certificates to the N9 cert store. I have added our server's non-qualified domain name to the hosts-file on N9. I can access the Exchange server using N9's browser without a problem: pointing the N9 browser to the server's non-fqdn address (which I entered to the hosts file) takes the browser to the landing page on the Exchange server without complaining/asking anything about the self-signed cert. Then, I've set up all the settings in MfE client exactly the same way as on the N900. Tried with and without provisioning. The "settings wizard" attempts to make a contact with Exhange server (no popups about certs or anything) for a few minutes and fails with message "no response from Exhange server, check your settings". I can't get any further than this and there are no logs I could use at /var/logs. Am a bit frustrated already. Jouko
