swype keyboard is fine until you open the terminal, you can't close it
Hiding the Keyboard: To easily hide the keyboard, just Swype from the Swype key to the backspace key.

oh, also the screen gets completely messed up if i open the hardware keyboard now, like when trying to send an sms.
