Vitriol aside, any thoughts on choosing between the two or what you prefer in each? I love the n900, it's the best phone I've ever used, and would definitely be happy with another one (and that luscious hardware keyboard, mmm). That said, I'd also love to learn about Symbian development and certainly wouldn't mind the camera on the n8. Having watched some 'Belle beta' videos, I'm not totally blown away by it from a user standpoint, but, compared to the dumbphone I'm using, anything's a vast improvement.

Googling around for people comparing the n8 to anything provides very few useful results, since it takes an n900 owner to know what the benchmark really is! :P

Admit it, you just have nothing but hate for it (and Symbian) that you refuse to see some of its benefits even if it hit you in the face and still **** all over its parade.
