Yeah, the ones marked "TRE" are probably locked to a swedish operator so better stay away from those. Here are the ones you want:

Shipping world wide is around $28 so it's pretty cheap. This is not one of the biggest etailers in Sweden but definately one of the cheapest. I don't think they have that many employees though because they're known to not have that good support but I don't think they're going to screw you over at least. And if you're in the EU hopefully Nokia will support the "EU warranty" so you will never have to deal with clickok directly. And hopefully the 64gb model will be back in stock soon too.

Edit: About unlocking the locked ones I have no idea but I wouldn't bother with it.

But the WM7 "horse" has a blood lineage tracing back to donkeys such as WM6.5, 6.1, 6.0, 5.1 that was fully neglected for too many years and Microsoft did sweet F all to maintain it (still running on Pocket IE4/6!!).
