Apparently they won't have time to do the deep level stuff till WP8+. But as far as integrating SwipeUX + much of Harmattan's functionality into WP. I seriously doubt MS would ever let them tweak WP that massively. Besides... By the time WP8 comes round... Anything it doesn't have that Harmattan does, will be almost non-existent. Unless Nokia continues to aggressively develop Maemo.
