Not working for me either. I have tethered with my Android phone for the last year without the tethering plan.
Thanks for the pictures. I have been trying to find a solution to the issue but it seems the problem is either with the phone's 3G functionality or then the operator restricts tethering in their network. Unfortunately we are not able to say for sure as we can't test in similar conditions you have. If the problem is with 3G, it most likely will be fixed when an update to N9 becomes available, within a few weeks. Til then there is nothing we can do about the issue, I'm afraid. By the way, as far as we know, N9 is not sold in the USA and therefore we are interested to know where you have bought your product. Maybe you could enlighten us?
