anyone else have the problem with the minimum frequency resetting back to 125?

i set it @ 1000 fixed

min 1000
max 1000

i changed the frequencies in the kernel so there's only 2 freqs.

i noticed sometimes i go to xterm to show my kernel-config, the minimum freq is then reset'd to 125?

anyone know a solution for this?
