is usage of the whole frequency range (125 - 1150) supposed to be the default behaviour?
as i finally shifted to kernel-bfs and uninstalled kp (48+ramzswap) and got max overclocking on by default (stats/time_in_state made me wonder).
also you'll need kernel-power-settings 0.13 to tune it a bit.
