It doesn't help when it's laid flat on the desk or held in a not so perfect angle. I want 100% success rate not "hope that I got it right" method which is what it is right now in various situations. It might sound nitpicky to some but to me, this really changes the way I need to use the phone now and the uncertainty it created is annoying me quite a lot.
