using hardware key 0 should result in You booting to stock maemo, from where You can fix multiboot item. If that doesn't work (for example, you deleted stock maemo linuz image), You can use flasher, but, instead of flashing whole rootfs, flash only kernel. See wiki "reflashing" article, to check how.
