How long have you been using that theme?
If you only just installed it and the problem started then I'd say it's an old theme that hasn't been updated for PR1.3.
Theres a few themes in Ovistore like that. When Nokia released PR1.3 they changed a few bits of the ui and themes needed to be updated.
Check your virtual (onscreen) keyboard too. If your shift, backspace and cut & paste menu keys are missing then it's deffo the theme.
