When you click somewhere on the map area (or on a landmark) that point will be set as your destination (and it'll be marked with blue circle) and distance to that point (if GPS is enabled) is shown on the info box at the top of the screen. Also blue arrow shows direction to that destination point from your GPS position.

Time of how long you have traveled can't be shown but distance and speed can. That can be done by first tapping half circle at the bottom of the screen which will bring out small info box. Now by tapping that info box it'll switch showing between yard stick, layers name, speed and distance traveled (if GPS track is enabled). That info box can be hidden by long pressing it.

Removing landmark can be done by first selecting it by tapping it (so the green circle turns into blue). After that long pressing that blue circle will open menu from where that landmark can be removed.
