I connect to the internet and then type the following:

$ sudo gainroot
# apt-get install preenv

I get the following (error??) message:
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it??

I am a noob at operating Linux/Maemo, so if you could tell me in brief detail what I have to do get preenv installed, I did be obliged.
