first of all download latest version of fiasco (combined) images....you not using the latest version...perhaps you just downgraded your device accidentally....
latest version of fiasco images is....

RX-51_2009SE_20.2010.36-2.003_PR_COMBINED_003_ARM.bin
you will fixed you problem once you have flash using the latest fiasco images....

regarding your eMMC i will tell you after you have solved your main problem first...
