I hate Dell...i'm in the same category as the poster above...waiting incessantly for my N810 to ship...order placed on 12/6 and pushed back twice to Jan. 3 as of today...odds are that shipping date won't be met either...the worst part is that on their site it shows ships in 5-7 business days...it showed that when i ordered on 12/6 and still shows it now...what a pain in the ***...then when i called to complain that my "xmas gift" wouldn't make it by xmas their excellent customer service offered to give me a coupon for future purchase...gee, thanks Dell...i can't wait to hurry up and make my next purchase so i can wait for an unspecified amount of time for it to be delivered...you really know how to satisfy your customers...sorry for the rant...
