I loved the Cutetube QML (blue funny TV icon) on N900.

So I have purchased the Cutetube (red youtube style icon) for Harmattan without thinking figuring only the icon had changed.
Then I discovered this Cutetube features only Youtube, not Dailymotion and Vimeo. I don't use it.

Then to my surprise Cutetube QML (the right version for me) appeared for Harmattan: Free (from charge not bugs) and supports Vimeo and Dailymotion?

Now I am in the market for the Symbian^3 version and I notice the Cutetube commercial version is available. But I'm afraid again it will not be the version I am looking for.

Please can somebody clarify?
The port of cuteTube-QML for MeeGo-Harmattan is not my work. I never intended to port this version, because I instead wanted to use QtComponents to provide a better UI and improve the user experience. The port was carried out by someone that applied for an N950 on the basis of my work without even paying me the courtesy of contacting me about it. I doubt that they will provide a further updates. I did not initially intend to release cuteTube as a commercial application. The decision was made out of necessity. I can either split my time between commercial and FOSS projects, or quit altogether.

The Symbian version is similar to the MeeGo-Harmattan version. Only YouTube is supported. The decision to remove the other sites was made in order to focus on providing the best user experience as a YouTube client. cuteTube-QML is in my opinion a mess when compared to the later versions. The APIs are simply too different to provide a good UX. It was starting to creak.

The QtComponents version will be ported to Maemo5, and it will be free (as in beer, releasing the code raises some obvious problems). I have also written a Dailymotion client that uses QtComponents, and this will be released free of charge on all platforms, as it does not have quite as many features as cuteTube, due to the limitations of the API and lack of access to higher quality streams.
