Watergate, I have had the same issues as well, if you are on the latest software update and still experiencing the issues pls let us know. I flashed via Navifirm to the most recent version and have the same issue, it has been suggested to reflash and reset to fix it but with work I have not had the time to do so, pls let me know if that helps.
