root is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported.

i install root, then i try it as u said. root+enter. then cd /opt/application/+enter, and then applocker+enter and this message - root is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported. what i'm gonna do, how can i move root in the sudo'ers file? or what another idea ?
