I'm sure they want to try to send out the devices first. At example the N9 is depending on the goodwill of Nokia and as far as we know a possible aviability on the ovi store for the N9.
If a 1st prize winner can't get the device because of uninfluenceable reasons we need to find a Plan B. So let's wait and hope first. After this zehjotkah will look after the rest of us.
