ok. here are some pictures so that you know what you should have BEFORE you crack your n9 open.

if the screen you get DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE ONE I HAVE A PICTURE OF BELOW, then you need to send it back and get a refund at the cost of roughly $30 loss!

the bezel that is important...besides the rest of the unit, is the white part that also is connected to the cover behind the LED and is connected to the 2nd ribbon (smaller one) which also has all the 8 copper gounds that touch the metal inside the device.
