In Presence VNC, when you choose then connection, click Quality
  • If you are on a LAN select the LAN option
  • If you are running over the internet select the ISDN option
I run dual screens both @ 2560 x 1600 full colour (LAN option) with Presence VNC over a LAN with no speed issues. So I assume it's your connection speeds, use the lowest Quality option.

Addison, dfmirage is still there on the download page for TightVNC v1.3.1
http://www.tightvnc.com/download-old.php
The current version of TightVNC doesn't utilize dfmirage yet, as dfmirage has only just been adapted for Window 7
Thanks but what i mean is that i can't open a second vnc viewer app in maemo, is there something i miss?

Edit : oh you were talking about presence vnc,
How do you set it to show dual screen?

I've tried presence vnc with the lowest res,
the refresh rate is too slow compared to vnc viewer...
