No you got me wrong, the 3430 is in the n900, don't know what cpu the UbiSlate 7+ exactly has.
Description only says Cortex A8 700 Mhz.

Take a look on http://www.ubislate.com/index.html for a comparison.
Your first Ubislate had a 366 Mhz Arm11.

Here is a blog post about the newer Version. Looks like the Ubislate7+ will also have another capacitive display.
