My thoughts on the Eee vs. the N810 are here:

The Eee suffers dramatically as an Internet-accessing device due to the lack of Bluetooth, meaning you're dependent on wifi or a USB Bluetooth dongle and faffing around with scripts.

However the Eee does have more grunt, and is probably around 30% faster at loading pages than the N810 (totally a gut feeling) and its lower DPI screen and more memory help here as well.

However, even the Eee doesn't give a proper laptop or desktop web experience.
