N9's where made in Finland and China.
I'm not 100% sure if the Chinese made N9's where made by Nokia itself, but i find no reason why not. They wanna keep those +10 factories running. Though i guess you could say that some of the Finland made N9's had some Foxconn in them as Finland, Salo factory has 200 workers that are getting paid by Foxconn.

Nokia's Lumia 800 was made by Compal, but it has already been reported that 900 will be manufactured by Nokia and Lumia 710 starts ramping up in Nokia's Brazilian factory.
