Here are the logs attached. I did not find the symptoms of bug #198 from the logs I took during the problem. I must say that I'm quite happy now, the IMAP push seems to be working perfectly now and even the phone idle consumption looks to be smaller than with 10min sync interval.
Had to delete accounts, and my contacts got all out of whack, got deleted as well. Then, had to reestablish accounts, resync contacts, and reedit contacts that were previously edited...refavorite, etc...took a couple hours to get back to the way it was, too many contacts. Email works again. But the bs I went through will not be forgotten...N900 had a few glitches as well, but yes, I wish the Nokia team had finished some of these issues instead of hoping we would just work through the glitches...NOT IDEAL. I was kicking myself today for giving my heavily modded N900 to my cousin to use...now that email is working again, I am ok, but I am hoping this doesn't occur again...might have to go back to nuevasync if Nokia's exchange support is this patchy.
Had to reset my email again this morning...I think it has to do with one of my accounts...I have thousands in the inbox, when on the settings I put '100 msges'... I have now only put my exchange account on the phone. When I deleted my exchange, all my contacts went away again...if this happens again, is there a way to keep my contacts, so I don't have to resync and add favorites again?
You can't do that if it's setup as Gmail account, I wish I could edit it like "Other Mail" account.
