I can feel your pain . You can get it working by flashing fiasco and emmc.. if you flashing only fiasco image, you can not turn developer mode on.. I do not know why, but i had same problem. Maybe you need erase something witch not erased with the fiasco reflashing?? /home/user/ some of hidden forlder maybe (.FOLDER)?
