The repositories are not functioning properly over the past few days due to overuse and lack of bandwidth from what I hear. We need to be patient until either the demand goes down, or Nokia and partners enhance the infrastructure. Sorry- I know it's not what you want to hear. I'd like to get Python Runtime installed so I can do Kagu myself, but I can still play music for now.
