This means that qgvdial actually did manage to complete the call - which is what I guessed from the logs.
However the GV servers decided for whatever reason they cannot connect you to the other person.

Whenever I have heard that female voice message from the GV access number it has been because the number I dialled out with was not recognised by GV as being associated with my account. This can happen because:
1. I didn't have outgoing caller ID enabled (for me it was because I used Skype without setting up the caller id)
2. As part of research I tried calling that access number much later (about 10-15 minutes) than when I got it from the GV server. In effect my time window for using that access number expired. From the timestamps in your log, I don't think thats what has happened.
3. I had not set up the phone as one of my numbers in Google Voice. This is a variation of #1 above.


So: The phone number of your N9: Have you added it as a phone in your Google Voice settings? Have you disabled caller ID for any reason?

Fixed. Clean install and re-configured Caller ID settings. It works fine now. Calls made out show as coming from my GV number.
