He's been quite responsive to other complaints we've lodged with him in the past.
But yes, I've always been weary of approaching him directly...
I still don't trust that when "push comes to shove", he really has our interests at heart.
He likes to present the ideal that a Nokia customer is a Nokia customer, WP or not.
But sometimes that seems like a bit of an act....

Having said all that, he really has nothing to worry about anyway...
Apollo will have feature parity* w/Maemo6x (maybe surpass), & it'll finally support beefier hardware.
Once that happens it's game over for mass-adoption of Maemo6x/N9, not that there was much of a chance before.
Adoption rates may even drop-off to lower than they were for the N900 at the same point.
As at that point there'll be about 4 top-to-mid end WP handsets, & more on the way.
And some new Symbian high-ends coming, or on-board...

*or will at least come close.
