Got a made in Finland one, and I've already got creaking problems (well, honestly barely there and earable, but still noticeable).
And I've also got "black marks" (on the screen, of course) when the screen is "luminous black", that's the only way I can notice them, so not really disturbing, but also, still there.

Apart of that, loving my (black) N9
