The patent does suggest that only NFC is used, meaning there's no bluetooth chip in this keyboard, and the company mentioned the N9 as something that are working on for compatibility meaning they must be creating some sort of driver that will enable it to work effectively with the N9

Well Nokia do at least know how to build a decent phone, just apparently don't know how to support it..
