Are you looking for Alarmed or alarmd?
Alarmed is the GUI for the underlying alarmd daemon/programm
If i understand you right, you are trying to remove one instance from the alarmd configuration, which you previously configured with the GUI Alarmed?! Try to reinstall Alarmed GUI to remove the changes you did.
Or post your /var/cache/alarm_queue.ini.
