Well, with dss and core constantly on it is of no surprise that your battery is drained very fast. Anyway, my proposal to uninstall kps was because there were some users having the same problem and removing kps have helped them. Seems like your problem is different.

Do you have some tweak/optimization/whatever scripts installed (besides batterypatch)? As AFAIK having kps not installed should not lead to messages you see.
